Our Pet Policy

At Latitude, we're not just pet-friendly, we LOVE pets and show it by providing a fenced-in pet exercise area, always having treats in the office and hosting frequent Yappy Hours, an event for dogs and their owners to socialize, take pics in a photo booth, eat snacks and get beautified by the visiting dog groomer.

Pet Deposit: $350 (per pet)

Monthly Pet Rent: $40 (per pet)

Pet Limit: 2 (100 lbs per pet)

Qualifying Rental Criteria

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.

Income: Income verification is required during the application process.

Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.

Applicant Fees

Application Fee: $25 per adult applicant

Admin Fee: $100 (non-refundable)

Standard deposit - $650  (refundable)

Conditional applications determined after screening results may be required to pay a deposit equal to one months rent.
